For more than two decades, Daniella has led the designer accessories market. She created a new design language that is original, loved and has a distinct Israeli signature with all products manufactured in Israel and meticulously hand-made by artisans. At 2013 Holon Fashion Week, she won Accessories Designer of the Year. On December 6, 2013 Daniella passed away. Now the unique Daniella Lehavi team, including her son Ori, the company’s CEO and creative director, the design team who worked with her and all company personnel work continuously to realize Daniella’s last wish. She asked to continue her life’s work, just as she had dreamed it, to carry on with optimism, maintain the fashion house she created with her own hands, and continue to bring joy and beauty to the lives of the brand’s customers.Today, they have more than 60 employees, over 14 stores and are sold in more than 100 points-of-sale worldwide. The Daniella Lehavi brand continues in its unique way while maintaining its original DNA and values that led it to success, ensuring production quality and the determination to continue Daniella’s dream come true: to create in Israel, local design in high quality that is new and exciting.

The unique structure of this boutique hotel combines two ancient houses that have hundreds of years of history stored within their walls. These houses were meticulously reconstructed and merged into one building before being converted into a boutique hotel. The Efendi boutique hotel is the fulfillment of a dream long held by Uri Jeremias, chef and proprietor of the famed Uri Buri restaurant. Complex preservation and restoration work over a period of eight years gave birth to a gorgeous, breathtaking pearl that was truly a labor of love. Thought was invested in each and every detail of the preservation work, which was performed under the supervision of the Antiquities Authority. Artisans were specially flown in from Italy in order to undertake this delicate work, as well as the restoration of the beautiful ceilings. Also preserved was a fresco of the city of Istanbul, which was found at the site. The fresco had been created in 1878 in honor of the new Orient Express train station.

One of Jaffa's squares has became known over the years as Haj Kahil Square. At the Haj Kahil restaurant, across from the Clock Square in Jaffa, Naim Haj Kahil offers diners authentic Arab cuisine with a Galilee twist. He brought on board Chef Omar Iluwan, who worked in renowned Galilee restaurants like Diana, and al Babour (and also owns two chef-restaurants in Germany). Under Turkish rule, in the late nineteenth-century, the family made a living by driving the diligences' – the carriages in which Jaffa's notables traveled the country. Naim Haj Kahil opened this restaurant at the same site that for years was the main station of the carriages. And to honour the family's history, he chose the diligence as the emblem of the new restaurant.

Designed by German architect Conrad Schick, Hansen House was first established in 1887 as a leper asylum by the Protestant community of Jerusalem. In 1950, the site was purchased by the Jewish National Fund (JNF), and served as a leprosy treatment center through 2000. The Hansen House includes a movie theater, the Offaimm Cafe for sustainable organic agriculture, fabrication laboratory (Hansen Fablab) and a beautiful garden surrounding the building that was conserved and maintained with the rest of the compound. Advanced academic programs are offered by the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design and Residency programs are offered by Mamuta Art & Media Center. Related design and technology research groups and art groups also operate at the Hansen House, including the Film & Television Fund of the Jerusalem Development Authority, the Erev Rav culture and society journal and more.
