Joanna Landau

Founder & CEO

Joanna Landau was born in London and moved to Israel with her family when she was 5 years old. After serving in the IDF as a paramedic, she read law at Cambridge University where she gained BA and MA degrees. Joanna also holds an MBA, cum laude, from Reichman University in Israel. Joanna worked as a lawyer in the high-tech industry and established two Internet start-ups based in Tel Aviv.

In 2009, Joanna founded Vibe Israel (formerly Kinetis), to change the way people think and feel about Israel. She is also on the Board of Directors of Vibe Israel USA, Vibe Israel’s 501(c)(3) partner in the U.S.

Joanna is a governor of Tel Aviv University, a member of the International Education Committee of Taglit-Birthright and the Advisory Committee of Innovation Without Boarders, and a Director of Tel Aviv Global & Tourism. In 2015 she was shortlisted for the Rappaport Prize for a Change Making Woman, and in 2017, Joanna was chosen by Forbes Israel as one of the fifty most influential women in Israel.

She lives in Tel-Aviv with her husband and three children.

Mayrav Braude

Chief Operating Officer

Mayrav is our Chief Operating Officer, leading Vibe Israel’s special projects and pilot initiatives as well as the ongoing operations.

Before joining the Vibe Israel team in 2017, Mayrav was an associate at Erez Rozenbuch Advocates specializing in corporate law and capital markets, and representing Israeli publicly traded companies. Prior to that she interned at Firon & Co., at the M&A and Hi-Tech department, representing VCs and startups.

In addition to her LLB from Tel Aviv University, Mayrav holds a Master’s degree in Inter-Religious Studies from Tel Aviv University which she graduated summa cum laude, and completed the Design Thinking program at the Technion’s Continuing Education Unit.

She lives in Tel Aviv with her mischievous pup, Shishi.

Eden Dvir Zano

Chief Business Officer

Eden is the Chief Business Officer of Vibe Israel, leading the Vibe Israel’s work with the business sector. Before joining Vibe Israel, she served as the Marketing Director of LABS, a customized workspace with spaces in London and Tel- Aviv and took an active role in establishing the LABS operation and brand from scratch.

Before LABS, Eden led the business development and marketing of the Industries and Functions team at Deloitte, the leading global consulting and accounting firm. At Deloitte, she initiated and developed business collaborations with key players in the Israeli ecosystem, built and executed the marketing strategy and go-to-market plan, and managed the comprehensive marketing aspects of the firm’s merger and acquisition processes. In addition, during her work at Deloitte, she was also the manager of “CEO’s of the Future”, a mentoring program for high-school students in collaboration with Tel Aviv Municipality.

Eden is married and a mother of three incredibly loud and extremely cute kids.

Yaara Guy

Chief Development Officer

Yaara is our Chief Development Officer, responsible for fundraising and networking in the Israeli community. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, Yaara began her professional career as an Advertising Budget Manager at the Mor Koren advertising agency. After ten exciting years, she became the Marketing Manager for Mofa Children’s Theater, promoting their shows in Israel and in festivals worldwide. More recently, Yaara discovered her true passion was in resource development, raising funds for nonprofits through the Yedid Association for Community Empowerment, Heznek La’atid, and the Israel Tennis & Education Centers.

Yaara lives in Raanana with her three children – two IDF soldiers and another 11.5 year-old who likes to keep her young.

Lipaz Ela

Chief Storytelling Officer

Lipaz Ela is responsible for developing the Vibe Israel Academy’s training, workshops and lectures. In her previous positions, Lipaz served as the Jewish Agency Israel Fellow at UCLA and was in charge of all Israel engagement, programming and experiences at Hillel. She also supported students at Stanford University and the University of Cape Town through their Israel programming on campus, and created various seminars for engaging the young generation with Israel in the U.K and Mexico. Lipaz holds a BA in Political Science and currently studying for her Master’s Degree in Pluralistic Jewish Education.

Michal Ben-Gigi

Digital Content Manager

Michal is our digital content manager, responsible for our content strategy and execution in all of our digital and social platforms. Michal worked as a creative copywriter in global advertising agencies and as a freelance writer in Yedioth Ahronoth and has taken pride in her work with major clients like Teva, Unilever, Ikea, and others.

Michal has a BA in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Haifa, a Twitter account with over 12K followers, and an adorable black cat named Static.

Aya Yosefi

Office Manager

Aya is the first face you will see and the first voice you will hear when you contact Vibe Israel! As Office Manager, she takes care of all the administrative aspects of our activity.

Aya has a decade of experience in the field of administration, office management, and as a personal assistant.

She is also the proud mother of Adar, a lovely 9 year-old girl.
